On Halloween (10/31/2017) from 1:00 to 4:00pm in Ramsey Library’s Blower’s Galley, come dressed as your favorite character (or as you are), get your photo taken, and eat some spooky snacks. Students, come compete in our costume contest to win fabulous prizes, such as large format poster prints!
