Local writer Kim Winter Mako has been in residency as the 2017 Ramsey Library Community Author for prose in Western North Carolina. Her tenure will run through December 2017, and will culminate in a reading and reception on Tuesday, December 12 from 5:30-7:30PM in Ramsey Library’s Whitman Room.
