At long last we are ready to announce our winners for this year’s In Character Costume Contest! October 31st on Halloween was our sixth year holding In Character in Ramsey Library and we so enjoyed sharing a few hours of Halloween, lots of cake and punch, many many pictures, and plenty of smiles and laughs with all of the UNCA students, staff, and faculty that joined us. We had 32 students and 16 faculty and staff contestants this year and so many good entries! Thanks to our gracious sponsors the UNCA Chancellor’s Office, the Provost’s Office, the Career Center, the Academic Success Center, Nine Mile, Sovereign Remedies, and the Smoothie Lab, we are able to give out 4 prizes this year to our best 4 students/ student group costumes and 2 prizes to our best staff and faculty costumes. Our winners were voted on by Ramsey Library building’s many departments including the Ramsey Library Staff, the Career Center, the Academic Success Center, and the Writing Center.
