What: Ramsey Library’s In Character 2019 Halloween Costume Contest
When and Where: 1-3pm in Ramsey Library’s Blowers Gallery
To Participate: Dress up as your favorite character (any character you like; it doesn’t have to be from a book), fill out a short form, and have your picture taken to enter our In Character Costume Contest. You are also welcome to just come and enjoy some food and festive company!
Come and join us on Halloween Day from 1-3pm for our 4th annual In Character Costume Contest! We invite you to come dressed as your favorite character, or as you are! Enjoy some free food, get your photo taken, and participate in a costume contest for some fabulous prizes! There will be cake!
